What is CBB? It's my boss's nickname- Concrete Broken Brain.

I felt really xxx when you queried about my learning attitude, when I said I didn't know the difference between two products, which belong to new company we just acquired.

Why don't you go to look into mirror, and see yourself? You got better attitude? As being a boss, maybe you think that you have the great power to ask everyone to obey you, follow every word you say....you are always right. Even you can say you don't know, but not me....

I am not a computer, when you input datas, I can give you a beautiful report automatically. Talking about efficiency, why don't you invite someone to introduce the products and features, so we can get the concept immediately. It can save much time on learning curve, as you want us to catch up in the shortest time, don't you think that you need to do something....not just ask us to LEARN on the website?

I know that you are concern of cost....but the speech you gave us the other day regarding "cheap and big bowl", it's really a worst concept I ever heard? You feel that we are cheap but efficient? and you are proud of it? You brain must be checked. We are cheap because you undervalue us....We don't need to be compared with people in China....and not you too. We are not cheap workerss! Let me emphasis here. We do good job, they should appreciate us.

I found that you don't know how to manage your works, you got too many to do, and we got to help you. But you always give blur instrocutions, and change every 5 mins. Afterall, we got blamed. Maybe we are too dumb to catch your quick messages. You can give instructions to vendors clearly, but not us. For the taking over process of the new company, you really did a messy work. Do you have a clear process, point by point, and state every details on it? Can you show me the framework? Guess not, all on your brain, and you just shout someone to do something for you....we got to organize for you?

You always say you are too busy, brain is going to explode, you deserve it. 'Cause you over-use your brain, and it is just a mess. Don't drag us in. Because you don't pay us so much....

After all, I found that we just got different thoughts, so I decide to quit.

At last, don't be too proud of yourself. When you stand out, when you say yes, no one would be dare to say no. But behind you? You ever hear the voices? how they talked about you? Won't be good words!
